• Label Peeling Beak:
  Feeds the label onto the bottle. Can be adjusted to match the bottle’s circumference by loosening the side and top bolts.

• Adjustable Stopper:
  Set this to control where the label is applied on the bottle for consistent positioning.

• Winder Handle:
  Once the label is aligned and in place, turn the handle clockwise to apply the label smoothly onto the bottle.

How to Set Up the Label Roll:

1. Place the label roll between the disc plates.

2. Feed the label under the first roller, just below the disc plates.

3. Guide it over the beak, then under the back roller (behind the beak).

4. Pull the label toward the winder handle, using the split collars for guidance and alignment.
