Cellar accessories are the small items you reach for every day, and this is our largest category. For barrels there are silicone bungs (solid or with a hole), bungs with fermentation traps, Radix wax and barrel varnish, a barrel siphon in automatic or manual versions, a stainless steel topping jug, a Burgundy barrel mixer with copper end for batonage, and LED and UV lights for barrel inspection.
Tanks are served by plastic and glass tank breathers, a vacuum pressure relief valve, sample and gauge taps in NW20 or ½", sight glasses from NW25 to NW100, dip tape, and spargers for CO₂ and N₂, including a 15 micron stainless steel version. Red wine makers can use the 1.3m circular punchdown, and harvest crews will find the 650L bin liner, an 85L food bin, shovels, forks and scoops.
For sampling and finishing, wine thieves come in plastic, curved or straight glass and stainless steel. Corks come in packets of 100, and 500g wax blocks are offered in seven colours, with a premium range in bronze, silver and gold.
